Job Summary
Providing practical legal support for mergers and acquisitions and data center leasing, the remote State Licensed M&A Associate will advise internal business partners, draft transaction documents, and conduct legal due diligence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Advise internal business partners on M&A transactions and complex commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and data center leases
- Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence for acquisitions and leasing opportunities
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 3+ years of relevant M&A or transactional legal experience
- Experience in data center or critical infrastructure transactions is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and transactions effectively
