State Licensed Managing Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing immigration law practice, the full-time State Licensed Managing Attorney will lead a team of attorneys and paralegals, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality legal work, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Chicago.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration cases for acceptance and approval across all case types
• Manage and mentor team members while guiding Enterprise clients through immigration processes
• Conduct trainings and communicate law and policy updates to clients and team members

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the State Bar
• At least 8 years of related experience, with a minimum of 5 years at CIP, PC
• Prior team management experience is required
• Expert level proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; bilingual skills are a plus
