Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement for managed service projects, ensuring alignment and communication regarding deliverables and expectations
• Monitor client profit margins and project metrics, facilitating project management to meet milestones
• Provide mentorship and training to staff while identifying business development opportunities with clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active credential from AHIMA, AAPC, or ACDIS
• 3-5 years of management experience in consulting with foundational skills in analytics and critical thinking
• Strong subject matter expertise in mid-revenue cycle operations and related industry trends
• Experience with program development, P&L management, and managing offshore operations
