Job Summary
Executing the preparation of CMS-64.10 quarterly sub-schedules, the full-time State Licensed Managing Consultant will oversee the reconciliation and claiming process for Medicaid Administrative Claiming while ensuring compliance with federal policies, working remotely or onsite as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and report the CMS-64.10 quarterly sub-schedules accurately to CMS
- Oversee the Medicaid Administrative Claiming process, applying cost allocation methodologies
- Monitor expenditures against Advanced Planning Documents (APD) to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with State or Local Government
- Experience in Federal healthcare or State Medicaid finance
- Proficient in translating complex federal claiming requirements into financial summaries
