Key Responsibilities
- Advise on legal matters related to advertising, consumer protection, and AI in marketing for go-to-market teams
- Oversee the development and enforcement of commercial agreements and compliance processes

Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 10+ years of legal experience, including substantial in-house technology or SaaS experience
- Significant experience in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong knowledge of advertising and consumer protection laws applicable to go-to-market activities
- Experience managing and developing a team of attorneys and legal professionals
