State Licensed Material Damage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Damage Specialist who is experienced and competitive in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver client Auto Physical Damage appraisals, audits, and evaluations in compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Maintain and improve service delivery to meet or exceed service level agreements while managing dispute resolutions
• Drive productivity standards and identify operational efficiencies through technology or process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with insurance carriers, automotive appraisal, or body shop estimating
• Current home state adjuster license or designated home state license
• High school diploma required; advanced education or training preferred
• Strong knowledge of electronic estimating software and ability to use multiple computer applications
• Ability to work independently from a virtual office without direct supervision
