State Licensed MDS Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MDS Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the development and completion of member assessments (MDS) in compliance with regulations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive member assessments and care plans
• Monitor and audit clinical records for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License; RAC-CT preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Long-Term Care facility
• At least 3 years of full-time experience as an MDS Coordinator
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing facility practices
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited supervision
