Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead medical eligibility and outreach initiatives, advising on medical eligibility policy and referral trends
• Evaluate and improve referral and eligibility certification procedures to enhance access and streamline workflows
• Develop training and resources for staff and maintain communication with a network of volunteer medical advisors

Required Qualifications

• Practicing license as a NP, MD, or DO is required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant pediatric field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a people leader
• Minimum of 2 years of management and patient care experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Demonstrated experience in program and policy development in a healthcare setting
