State Licensed Medical Assistant

Job Summary

To support patient engagement and adherence in a remote environment, the full-time State Licensed Medical Assistant will conduct proactive outreach, educate patients on device usage, and maintain compliance with RPM program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to support patient adherence and RPM engagement goals
• Encourage and educate patients to complete required physiological readings each month
• Perform Interactive Communication calls to assess patient status and support clinical engagement

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Medical Assistant license
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Passion for patient engagement and education
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in EHR systems
