Job Summary
To advance evidence-based substance use disorder treatment, the full-time remote State Licensed Medical Director will manage clinical quality, lead clinical governance, and support the development of clinical leaders across a multi-state digital healthcare platform.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior clinical leader and addiction medicine expert, ensuring high-quality care delivery
- Partner with leadership to enhance clinical protocols, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives
- Translate operational priorities into scalable workflows and support the development of new service lines
Required qualifications
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment
- Demonstrated experience in leading clinical programs or multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based standards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions
