Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director (Aetna One Advocate).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Advocate team members to assess member needs and provide personalized care solutions
• Lead clinical staff in coordinating quality care and conduct educational rounds
• Engage providers to improve quality of care and utilize data analysis for quality improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Health Care Delivery System
• Active and current state medical license without encumbrances
• M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification in an ABMS recognized specialty
• Post-graduate direct patient care experience
• Health Plan experience preferred
