Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - SIU (Special Investigations Unit).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reviews of medical records to support healthcare fraud investigations
• Serve as a clinical liaison and provide presentations on healthcare fraud matters
• Conduct root cause analysis and mentor SIU team members on clinical fraud schemes

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO with an active license, preferably in emergency medicine or primary care
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience
• Active and current state medical license without encumbrances
• M.D. or D.O., Board Certification in a recognized specialty
• Post-graduate direct patient care experience
