Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Medical Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support case and disease management teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes for high-risk populations
• Lead clinical education sessions and provide RN case manager support and consultation
• Collaborate with operational partners on clinical and quality initiatives to meet customer expectations

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience post-residency
• Sound understanding of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new systems
