Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality and provider performance, ensuring adherence to evidence-based guidelines
• Manage and supervise a network of providers, providing feedback and performance management
• Lead clinical onboarding and training for new providers, ensuring readiness for independent practice

Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, or NP with an active, unrestricted license
• 7+ years of clinical experience, including telehealth or virtual care
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing or supervising providers
• Strong track record of driving clinical quality and provider performance
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with operations and product teams
