Job Summary

Leading a growing telehealth physician group, the full-time VP of Clinical Services and Executive Medical Director will oversee clinical leadership, ensure high-quality patient care, and develop strategic plans for organizational growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of medical directors and associate medical directors
• Set clinical quality strategy and champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the physician workforce
• Develop and implement clinical operations plans, ensuring alignment with clinical standards and monitoring physician performance

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license
• Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing physicians or medical directors
• Experience in a virtual care setting and overseeing clinical quality or patient safety programs
