Job Summary
To support a growing multi-state clinical platform, the full-time State Licensed Medical Director will lead addiction medicine initiatives, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior clinical leader and addiction medicine expert, enhancing clinical quality and patient safety
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and workflows, driving operational improvements across the organization
- Mentor and support clinical leaders, fostering professional growth and adherence to evidence-based practices
Required qualifications
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience caring for patients with substance use disorders
- Proven experience in leading clinical programs or multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols and quality initiatives
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions
