Job Summary
To support a growing multi-state clinical platform, the full-time remote State Licensed Medical Director in Addiction Medicine will oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical governance and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior clinical leader and subject matter expert in addiction medicine, ensuring clinical quality and patient safety
- Lead the development and refinement of clinical protocols, guidelines, and quality assurance activities
- Partner with leadership to strengthen clinical leadership capabilities and support the expansion of service lines and care models
Required qualifications
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience treating patients with substance use disorders
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical programs or multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based standards
- Exceptional skills in communication, coaching, and relationship-building
