Job Summary
To support a growing digital clinic, the full-time State Licensed Medical Director in Addiction Medicine will lead clinical quality initiatives, develop clinical leadership, and ensure evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior clinical leader and subject matter expert in addiction medicine, enhancing clinical quality and patient safety
- Partner with leadership to develop clinical protocols, workflows, and standards, translating quality findings into scalable practices
- Support the expansion of service lines and care models, ensuring alignment with clinical governance and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience treating patients with substance use disorders
- Demonstrated experience in leading clinical programs or multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience in developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based standards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions
