Job Summary
To support a growing multi-state clinical platform, the full-time State Licensed Medical Director will lead clinical quality and governance efforts, mentor clinical leaders, and drive the development of scalable addiction medicine protocols in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior clinical leader and subject matter expert in addiction medicine, ensuring high-quality care delivery
- Partner with Clinical Services leadership to enhance clinical quality, consistency, and patient safety across the organization
- Translate operational priorities and emerging evidence into effective clinical workflows and care delivery standards
Required qualifications
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience caring for patients with substance use disorders
- Demonstrated experience leading clinicians and clinical programs in a growing organization
- Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based standards across multiple sites
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions
