State Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time State Licensed Medical Director in Addiction Medicine will oversee clinical quality, lead the development of clinical protocols, and enhance service line innovation while working remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a senior clinical leader and subject matter expert in addiction medicine, ensuring high-quality care delivery
• Partner with Clinical Services leadership to refine clinical protocols and implement quality assurance activities
• Translate operational priorities into scalable clinical workflows and support the development of new service lines

Required qualifications

• Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience treating patients with substance use disorders
• Demonstrated experience leading clinical programs or multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Experience in developing and implementing clinical protocols and workflows across multiple sites
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
