Job Summary
Leading the development of clinical protocols for virtual care, the full-time State Licensed Medical Director will manage quality assurance programs, track patient outcomes, and ensure patient safety in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Write, update, and refine clinical protocols for virtual care programs, ensuring effective integration across partners
- Lead the clinical quality assurance program, utilizing AI to enhance scalability and actionable feedback
- Develop frameworks to track and improve patient and clinical outcomes over time
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution, board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Substantial clinical practice experience, particularly in virtual care or telemedicine
- Prior clinical leadership experience in telehealth or high-volume virtual practice
- Experience in building and managing clinical quality assurance programs
- Active medical license in good standing in one or more states
