Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time State Licensed Medical Director - Addiction Medicine will lead clinical quality and governance, mentor clinical leaders, and develop scalable care delivery standards while working remotely across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior clinical leader and addiction medicine expert, ensuring high-quality care delivery and patient safety
- Partner with Clinical Services leadership to enhance clinical protocols and support quality assurance activities
- Translate quality findings into operational workflows and drive the adoption of new clinical practices across the organization
Required qualifications
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in treating patients with substance use disorders
- Demonstrated experience in leading clinical programs and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based standards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across functions
