Job Summary
To support a growing multi-state clinical platform, the full-time State Licensed Medical Director - Addiction Medicine will lead clinical quality initiatives, develop clinical leaders, and drive operational improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior clinical leader and addiction medicine expert, ensuring high-quality care delivery and patient safety
- Partner with leadership to strengthen clinical governance, refine protocols, and support quality assurance activities
- Translate operational priorities into scalable clinical workflows and support the development of new service lines and care models
Required qualifications
- Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience caring for patients with substance use disorders
- Demonstrated experience leading clinicians or clinical programs in a growing organization
- Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based standards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
