Job Summary

Seeking a State Licensed Medical Director, Cardiometabolic for a full-time remote position, this role will manage both patient-facing responsibilities and leadership in clinical care model design, focusing on improving population health outcomes through innovative cardiometabolic care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect virtual cardiometabolic specialty care while ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Collaborate with clinical and cross-functional teams to design and scale integrated cardiometabolic care models
• Provide clinical expertise for client-facing presentations and represent the organization in discussions on chronic condition management

Required qualifications

• MD/DO with fellowship training in Endocrinology or Cardiology focused on cardiometabolic conditions; active medical license required
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience post-fellowship
• Proven experience in virtual care delivery or digital health
• Expertise in clinical care model design and quality improvement
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical and non-clinical teams in a matrixed environment
