State Licensed Medical Director (Spine)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Spine.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand medical management programs to address member needs across the continuum of care
• Lead utilization review/quality assurance and provide clinical expertise in support of medical management programs
• Act as the lead business and clinical liaison to network providers and facilities for effective execution of medical services programs

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in Health Care Delivery System (Clinical Practice and Health Care Industry)
• Active and current state medical license without encumbrances
• M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification in Orthopedic Spine or Neurosurgery
• Post-graduate direct patient care experience specifically in Orthopedic Spine or Neurosurgery
