Job Summary

Conducting desktop-based investigations, the full-time Medical Canvass Investigator will research treatment locations for individuals under investigation, communicate findings, and prepare detailed reports in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Research and conduct outbound calls to medical providers to gather information
• Prepare and submit detailed investigation reports while identifying any inconsistencies
• Communicate effectively with clients and managers regarding assignments and expectations

Required qualifications

• A private investigator license if required by your residential state
• Strong investigative or inquisitive mindset with a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
