Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Medical Review Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret laboratory confirmed results and determine legitimate medical explanations
• Conduct confidential donor interviews and verify final test outcomes for employers or agencies
• Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee chain of custody processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MD or DO with an unrestricted license and board certification or eligibility
• Active MRO certification through AAMRO or MROCC
• At least 5 years of related experience, including 2 in drug screening
• Malpractice insurance and strong knowledge of toxicology and lab processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a dedicated home office space with reliable internet
