Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Access Team Manager responsible for overseeing prior authorization for medications and managing the Medication Access team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medication access and affordability services, including prior authorization and patient support initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members while providing ongoing supervision and performance management
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure project success
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience working with healthcare providers
  • State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration required within 6 months of hire
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or personnel management experience preferred
  • Active CPhT certification preferred
