Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Medication Access Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing for medication access specialists to ensure efficient workflow
• Conduct recruitment, performance evaluations, and provide coaching to maintain a high-performing team
• Collaborate with clinical staff and interdepartmental teams to enhance operational workflows and patient care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access required
• Minimum of 1 year experience supervising or managing a team preferred
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration required within 6 months of hire
• Active CPhT certification preferred
