Job Summary

Overseeing the development and management of member safety programs, the full-time remote State Licensed Member Safety RN will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and oversight of member safety programs and policies
• Conduct regular risk assessments and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies
• Develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols for staff

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare safety, risk management, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of healthcare safety practices and compliance standards
• Experience in developing safety protocols and conducting training
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
