Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process loan applications from initiation to closing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate communication between borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters
• Prepare loans for underwriting review and prioritize assigned pipeline to meet performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Loan Processing experience in a mortgage setting
• Experience with proactive problem solving and resolving customer complaints
• Ability to independently drive workload and meet set expectations
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
• Experience with the Encompass system is preferred
