A company is looking for a Mortgage Market Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview customers to assess loan needs and advise on products, terms, and pricing
• Generate complete mortgage applications while adhering to policies and meeting sales goals
• Manage and develop a sales team to build relationships with referral sources for mortgage leads

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage management experience
• Proven record of recruiting success
• $10MM in annual closed loan volume
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
