Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the NEST Supplement Appraiser will manage supplemental repair estimates for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims, ensuring accurate damage assessments and timely claim resolutions while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create or audit estimates of damages for material damage losses across various severities
• Negotiate settlements and document all activities in complex claims files
• Provide training and mentorship while maintaining compliance with company standards

Required qualifications

• Strong automotive estimating knowledge and experience in insurance claims
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Additional state adjuster licenses preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with repair shops and customers
• Familiarity with company policy types and standards
