State Licensed NEST Appraiser

Job Summary

To support the claims process, the fully remote NEST Supplement Appraiser will create and audit comprehensive damage estimates for 1st and 3rd party claims while ensuring accurate assessments and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and audit estimates of damages for material damage claims across various severities
• Review and write supplemental and original estimates while documenting claim activity
• Resolve repair-related concerns and maintain compliance with company standards

Required qualifications

• Strong automotive estimating knowledge and experience in insurance claims
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with repair shops and customers
• Additional state adjuster licenses preferred for multi-state operations
• Familiarity with policy types and coverage related to material damage claims
