State Licensed Nurse Bill Reviewer

Job Summary

Reviewing facility insurance claims remotely, the full-time Nurse Itemized Bill Reviewer (IBR Analyst) will analyze UB-04 forms and itemized statements to ensure accurate charges and compliance with client policies and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in-depth reviews of medical claims to validate line-item charges
• Verify accuracy of itemized charges according to client policies and industry standards
• Consult with Senior Analysts on claim review questions and assist in content development

Required qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, or LVN license in good standing
• 1+ years of experience in itemized bill review
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing and coding
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-9/10, and HCPCS coding guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in a remote working environment
