Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse Case Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephonic and virtual support to patients through various communication channels
  • Educate patients on treatment options and connect them with necessary resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience and ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associate's degree in nursing with experience in patient education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center environment within a pharmaceutical company
  • Current, unrestricted RN or NP license
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing
