Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse Case Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and virtual support to patients through various communication channels
- Educate patients on treatment options and connect them with necessary resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience and ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications and Education
- Associate's degree in nursing with experience in patient education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center environment within a pharmaceutical company
- Current, unrestricted RN or NP license
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing
