Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Navigator, 11-8p EST (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual high-volume omnichannel support to patients and healthcare professionals through various communication channels
• Act as a primary point of contact for patients, offering disease/therapy education and assistance with insurance reimbursement processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the patient and healthcare professional experience while monitoring and prioritizing workload

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a telephonic support role focused on patient access, reimbursement, or care coordination/case management
• Experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call center
• Current, unrestricted nursing license (RN, NP)
