Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) for the West Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate additional services and participate in clinical team meetings
• Utilize a web-based EMR platform to manage patient care and actively engage in practice improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with eligibility to obtain licenses in multiple states
• At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience in relevant medical practice environments
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Experience with motivational interviewing preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
