Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) in the West Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder through telemedicine
• Diagnose and treat co-occurring mental health conditions, coordinating care with outside providers as needed
• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice medicine & DEA license in the home state
• At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Ability to share on-call responsibilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
