State Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician NP (per diem/hourly).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to members through a telehealth platform
• Focus on trans/nonbinary gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health care
• Participate in case discussions and clinical training sessions regularly

Required Qualifications

• Multiple active state NP licenses in core states (FL, TX, CA, GA, NY, WA, CO, PA, NC, etc.)
• At least 1 state-specific Federal DEA license
• Master's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• National Certification through the appropriate licensing authority
• Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community
