Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) in the West Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) from initial treatment through ongoing care
- Diagnose OUD and co-occurring mental health conditions, providing treatment and referrals as necessary
- Participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications and Education
- Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with the ability to obtain licenses in multiple states
- At least 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine in relevant medical settings
- Experience with telehealth is preferred
- Ability to share on-call responsibilities, including during observed holidays
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
