Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) in the West Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) from initial treatment through ongoing care
  • Diagnose OUD and co-occurring mental health conditions, providing treatment and referrals as necessary
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with other healthcare professionals


Required Qualifications and Education
  • Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with the ability to obtain licenses in multiple states
  • At least 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine in relevant medical settings
  • Experience with telehealth is preferred
  • Ability to share on-call responsibilities, including during observed holidays
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
