Job Summary
To support a growing telemedicine practice, a full-time State Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage the continuity of care for a panel of adult patients with opioid use disorder, conducting assessments, initiating treatment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and treatment for up to 275 adults with opioid use disorder from initial treatment through ongoing care
- Diagnose opioid use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, managing treatment with buprenorphine-naloxone
- Engage in clinical team meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with eligibility to obtain licenses in multiple states
- At least 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine in a relevant medical setting
- Experience with telehealth preferred
- Ability to share on-call responsibilities, including coverage for a percentage of company-observed holidays
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
