State Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

As a remote Senior Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the candidate will lead the development and execution of onboarding and ongoing training programs for Nurse Practitioners while overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding training for new Nurse Practitioners to ensure alignment with care standards
• Develop and manage ongoing training programs that provide continuous education and reinforce best practices for the NP team
• Oversee quality assurance by auditing clinical documentation and workflows, translating insights into targeted training and mentorship

Required qualifications

• Master's in Nursing, with a focus on Nursing Education or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred
• Active APRN license with national certification (FNP/AGNP) in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality and training, with oncology and/or palliative care training experience required
• Experience in strategic program design and Learning Management System optimization
• Proven leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
