Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time State Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide telemedicine-based care for adult patients with opioid use disorder, managing their treatment continuity and addressing co-occurring mental health conditions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and treat a panel of up to 275 adults with opioid use disorder from initial treatment through ongoing care
- Diagnose opioid use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, managing treatment with buprenorphine-naloxone
- Collaborate with a clinical team to coordinate care and participate in quality improvement activities
Required qualifications
- Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with eligibility to obtain licenses in multiple states
- At least 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine in a relevant medical practice environment
- Experience with telehealth is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification is highly preferred
