State Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing evidence-based clinical care remotely, the part-time State Licensed Nurse Practitioner will deliver telehealth services focused on the LGBTQAI+ community, including hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, and primary care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care through synchronous and asynchronous telehealth platforms
• Participate in case discussions and clinical training sessions with the clinical team
• Manage patient care and documentation efficiently in a remote work environment

Required qualifications

• Multiple active state NP licenses, ideally in GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, or IL
• At least one state-specific Federal DEA license
• Master's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• National Certification through the appropriate licensing authority
• Experience in providing primary care, preferably to the LGBTQAI+ community
