State Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
Seeking a contract State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, the remote position will focus on providing evidence-based mental health treatment through intake and follow-up appointments for children and adults, conducting psychiatric evaluations, and managing medication.
Key responsibilities:
- Practice comprehensive mental health medication management through intake and follow-up appointments
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and construct patient-centered treatment plans
- Provide safe, evidence-based medication treatment while collaborating with therapy and coaching services
Required qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or accredited PA program with relevant certification
- Unrestricted state license without disciplinary action
- A minimum of 2 years in practice
- Active DEA license preferred
- Experience working with minors (ages 0-17) is a plus
