Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Professor, Didactic.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates distance education instruction and engages with learners throughout the nursing education process
• Participates in faculty meetings, committees, and shared decision-making activities
• May be assigned to various teaching modalities and participates in the implementation of functional projects

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in higher nursing education, preferably online education
• Earned Graduate degree with a major in nursing from an accredited institution
• Active, unencumbered RN or APRN license from state of residence
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credential or commitment to obtain within one year
• Maintains current knowledge in multiple areas of nursing practice
