Job Summary
To support the success of nursing programs, the full-time State Licensed Nursing Educator will lead faculty development, manage the preceptor model, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage nursing faculty, including orientation, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the preceptor model for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs, ensuring appropriate credentialing and support
- Collaborate on curriculum development and maintain compliance with accreditation standards
Required qualifications
- Current and unencumbered professional nursing license in the applicable specialty
- Doctoral or professional degree in the nursing specialty
- 2-3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, and faculty development
