Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Nursing Student Success Lead with an MSN degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Applies evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance student and faculty readiness for effective test-taking
• Coordinates and delivers educational content to foster clinical reasoning and judgment among students and faculty
• Develops and updates resources for NCLEX preparation and collaborates with campus teams to address specific educational needs

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing
• Current, unencumbered RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning and Socratic questioning
• Experience in teamwork and collaboration within an educational setting
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence-based teaching strategies
