Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of the Patient Support Services HUB Team, the remote Director, Case Management Patient Access Advocacy will build and manage a national team of Case Managers to ensure patients receive timely support navigating access, reimbursement, and affordability pathways for oncology therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing national team of Case Managers, ensuring accountability and performance metrics are met
- Oversee the implementation of patient access strategies, including benefit verifications and resolution of access barriers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless patient initiation and continuity of therapy as prescribed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Registered Nurse degree with current state license strongly preferred
- 8-12+ years of experience in oncology Patient Access or pharmaceutical patient service programs, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience supporting specialty or oral oncology launches in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of payer dynamics and reimbursement processes
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
